Hi, I am Lukasz. I build small SaaS products and developer tools, and for a long time I kept running into the same painful loop: every new idea required too much VPS setup, container wiring, and maintenance overhead before I could even focus on the product itself.

tug.sh came out of that frustration. I wanted a control plane tailored for solo builders and tiny teams, with one clear goal: ship faster and spend less time fighting infrastructure. The whole experience is designed to stay lightweight, predictable, and fast to operate.

From day one, the target was to make tug.sh practical even on very small VPS instances. If your project is early-stage and budget matters, you should still be able to deploy, monitor, and manage your stack without adding heavy platform complexity.

I am continuously improving tug.sh based on real usage from my own projects and feedback from other indie builders. If you want to connect, share ideas, or suggest features, I would love to hear from you.
