Scope

These terms govern access to and use of tug.sh products, websites, and related services.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account credentials, connected server access, and actions performed from your workspace.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive behavior, or actions that threaten infrastructure security.

Billing

Paid features are billed according to your selected plan and usage model. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method where required.

Service Availability

We continuously improve reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in all circumstances.
